Sergi has also been involved in various consulting and production projects for FIFA and Georgian Football Federation’s Project “We are one team”, AXIS (development company), Georgian Department of Tourism and Resorts, ArtArea, TV9 (Georgia), Imedi TV (Imediator), TVN Style (Poland), and VOD services of an European Internet provider UPC.
From September 2015 to February 2017, Sergi worked as the Deputy General Director at Georgian Public Broadcaster.
Career

Sergi Gvarjaladze
Sergi Gvarjaladze is a well-known Georgian-German creative industry specialist, TV and radio presenter, film director, media manager, and producer. He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of TV, radio, and digital media production, PR and marketing, music production, and documentary.
Sergi is the founder and head of Electronauts (annual innovative music awards and a foundation). He has also been involved in a number of other notable projects over the course of his career. In 2000, he founded KOMUNA and MUZORAMA, and in the same year, he became the CEO of independent media production company KOMUNAMEDIA. He also started producing for Georgian Public Broadcasting Corporation. Through the years, he has also been involved in several music projects including Sakhli, Genetic Code, Georgian Dance Mpire, Bibi da Sergi, and Jorjick/SirG.
He was one of the founders of “European House” an independent NGO/Think Tank raising public awareness and policy research, with the goal of Georgia’s integration into the European Union. He has also been managing “Adjara Musichall” - the biggest Entertainment centre in the region.
In May 2017, he served as the Promoter/Producer of the Europe Day event of the EU delegation in Georgia.
From February 2017 to April 2018, he worked on the Junior Eurovision Song Contest project as an executive producer and was also a member of the JESC Steering group at the European Broadcasting Union. From April 2018 to August 2019, he served as a Special Adviser to the Mayor of Tbilisi and was the Project Manager for the Tbilisi Night Time Economy Development Project.
In July 2022, he became the Chief Development Officer at Kettari Foundation.
He is also an award-winning professional, having won the “Golden Feather” award from the International Journalist Foundation and a number of TV awards.
This 8-week Masterclass course on creative industries is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the various aspects of the field. From marketing and branding to creative problem-solving and innovation, students will learn the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the creative industries. The course also includes a focus on the legal and strategic considerations related to the field, including intellectual property protection and the future of the creative industries. Curator of the course is Sergi Gvarjaladze. The course is unique in that its active participants will be invited to internships in various Kettari projects.

Marketing and branding strategies for the creative industries
An advertising industry leader with a passion for contributing to a culture of inspiration. You are the co-founder and creative chairman of Leavingstone - Digital Creative agency. Leavingstone delivers progress for brands through a combination of creative thinking and digital innovation. Since 2010, he has been leading the creative development of the agency at international festivals, as a result he has received about 200 awards, including Cannes Lions, Eurobest, LIA, Webby, ADC*E, Epica, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer and others; He was the winner of the title of the best agency in Georgia, Ukraine and Latvia several times.

Creative problem-solving and innovation
Guri Koiava is an entrepreneur, startup mentor, and public speaker with many years of experience working in the corporate industry, government, and non-governmental sectors. He is currently the co-founder of Startup Büro and Axel, and since 2022, he has been a member of the Governing Board of EBAN-European Business Angels Network. He has implemented more than 30 startup programs and co-organized more than 200 startup events, involving 60,000 citizens and residents of the country in total.
Week 4: Gvantsa Gugeshashvili
Intellectual property and its monetization in the creative industries
Gvantsa Gugeshashvili is a Doctor of Law. She is an experienced lecturer in the field of intellectual property. Dr. Gugeshashvili is the author of many scientific works and translations. She is actively involved in projects that are carried out in the direction of intellectual property law.
Week 5: Zura Sharashenidze
The Future of the Creative Industries
Zurab Sharashenidze spent a large part of his professional career in content and creative industries. Today he is in the web3 field and creates new approaches. Since 2021, he has been working as the executive director of Two Point Zero, before that he was the executive vice-chairman of InterCo Travel Group, the marketing head of GDS TV company, the deputy director of the National Investment Agency of Georgia.
Week 6: Teona Jakeli
Creative management
Teona Jakeli is the head of Kettari Academy and the founder of Culture for Sustainable Development.
The manager of culture and education has many years of experience in leading positions in the public and private sectors. He has implemented a number of international and local large-scale projects both in the artistic and museum fields. Before starting work in art management, the artist was actively exhibiting in exhibition spaces in Georgia and abroad years ago.
Week 7: Zakaria Zalikashvili
Event Planning and Management
Marketing professional and media producer has unique work experience working on media production and marketing communication projects for top companies in Georgia and Ukraine, including PepsiCo, Geocell, Aqua Geo, Entree and Georgian American Alloys. He studied at the University of Southern California School of Cinematography.
Week 8: Nino Imerlishvili
Introduction to Media Production
For years, she worked as an executive producer of "Communicator"/"Night Communicator"/"C Studio" projects and Public Broadcaster's culinary program "Gurmania". In 2018, together with the team, she founded an online magazine - Fashionholics Magazine. In 2021, under the brand of the same magazine, he founded a new service startup for short-term influence campaigns for various organizations.
As a journalist, she still cooperates with online magazine AT.ge, English-language NFT magazine, Billboard Georgia.
